Four Kinds of Ecommerce Work We Take On

Builds, replatforms, multistore setups, and the maintenance that keeps a store healthy after launch. Start with whichever one matches where you are right now.

Platforms We Build On

The Platforms We Build and Maintain

We go deep on three ecosystems instead of spreading thin across ten. Here is what we actually do in each.

Adobe CommerceMagento

Adobe Commerce & Magento

Custom module development, multistore catalog work, and PCI-compliant checkout builds on versions through 2.4.8. We plan the upgrade path before your support window closes, not after it bites.

Platform Migration & Modernization

Platform Migration & Modernization

Legacy-to-current migrations with clean data and catalog transfer. We map the full move up front and quote it straight, so nothing breaks on cutover day.

Our Process

How We Build and Migrate Stores

Every project opens the same way. We audit what is already running, map the catalog and checkout logic, then decide from evidence whether to upgrade in place or replatform.

Store audit

We start on the live store: platform version, installed extensions, catalog structure, and checkout flow. For Adobe Commerce and Magento we check the support window on the running version first, because that clock sets the urgency for everything else.

Stay, upgrade, or replatform

We lay the three real options side by side: do nothing, upgrade in place, or replatform. Each one gets weighed against patch status, catalog complexity, and cost. Most stores we reviewed this year upgraded in place and stayed on Adobe Commerce. Replatforming only wins once a business has truly outgrown the platform’s data model.

Scope and sequencing

We turn the audit into a plan with a clear order: what moves first, what runs in parallel, and where a version upgrade folds into the larger build instead of becoming its own surprise project later.

Catalog and pricing architecture

For multistore builds we set up one shared catalog and pricing core, with a thin config layer per storefront. Change a rule once and it lands everywhere, instead of editing the same thing five times.
